	This project consisted of two new buildings; three storey open plan office blocks with an open plan office space area of approximately 60,000 ft2 per floor. HSES designed, supplied and installed mechanical services including four pipe fan coil units, 20 air-handling units 4 gas fired boilers and 6 air-cooled chillers. The building was served by rainwater harvesting system.
