	The entire project was conducted out of hours with each floor phased into separate sections. The existing mechanical plant served all floors and was non functional at the beginning of the project so HSES designed/developed temporary heating and fresh air to all aspects of the working environment to assist the client whilst the project was undertaken.

	Refurbishment of four floors, utilising modern energy initiatives VRF A/C, ventilation and control systems installed within existing internal and external structure meeting with all planning and BCO requirements associated with a Grade II listed building Existing mechanical systems/plant stripped out Bank fully operational during the project without any interruption Entire project completed out of hours with each floor phased into separate sections
