Large, complex, fast… on time

With 100,000 sq ft of sales area and 13 retail
concession units, even by Tesco standards this
was a major design and build project. Built on
stilts with car parking below, this Tesco Extra
features travellator access to the store.

Working closely on a team project basis with the
main contractors Barr Construction and other
sub-contractors, HS Environmental completed their £650,000 mechanical services works entirely successfully on time in a highly demanding schedule of just 20 weeks on site.
