Demanding design and installation… on time

This project involved the introduction of a
40,000 sq ft mezzanine sales floor to an
existing 24-hour Tesco Extra. HS Environmental
were involved from the outset removing and
repositioning existing services on the roof before
the mezzanine construction could begin.

Mechanical services were then installed in close team
co-operation with the main contractor Pearce Retail, and other sub-contractors retaining responsibility for all services coordination. Despite the complexity of this £400,000 services project, all works were completed within the tight 20 weeks on-site schedule.
