The Company systems are based on the principles and documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001 and include all company activities from initial enquiry, through receipt of order, design, purchasing, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing and operation, and embraces manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors and all others involved in the total provision of the contracted service to ensure customer satisfaction.

HSES will continually monitor the quality of our service to customers by a programme of self-assessment checks on completion of a work task; internal audits and customer care visit reports.

The purpose of the IMS is to integrate the company’s quality, safety and environmental systems into one system as outlined below;
