Every client and every project is assigned
an HSES project team. The entire team is
integrated right from the start at the first
mobilisation meeting. Throughout the project
they are wholly dedicated to the client. What’s
more, they can call on any other relevant HSES
skill from other personnel as and when the
need arises.

This reflects the very strong team culture at HSES –
something which we foster as an integral part of our company policy. We understand that effective communications are vital in our business and must be established at the earliest stage in any project. It is here that our policy of listening and understanding is so important and pays dividends as the project progresses.

 
 

Our Project Manager is the focal point for the client providing complete account management. Highly qualified technically, they plan the project, manage operatives, Co-ordinate with consultants and monitor quality. They are always available to the client. In addition, every HSES project has a company director assigned to take ultimate responsibility. We believe in commitment from the top.

  • An integrated team of HSES engineers and sub-contractors providing specialist HVAC, electrical and controls services.
  • A Project Manager providing total account management for our clients.
  • An HSES Director responsible for the project.
